REMOTE SUPPORT

The button on the right will allow remote support between Ken and yourself.

Only use this button if you are on the phone with Ken and he has advised you to do so.

After you click on the button, select "Run".
Your computer might again ask you to verify the running of the program. You can feel very safe in doing so.

We have never had a problem with any computer in the past and we use TeamViewer software, which is very secure.
